Our Process
Sketch to space, in six controlled steps
A clear, structured process that lets design creativity sit alongside manufacturing rigour, so the product you imagined is the product that arrives.
Share your floor plan, moodboard, or working drawings.
You bring the design intent; we take it from there. Share AutoCAD drawings, PDFs, or even a hand sketch along with your finish preferences. Our team converts everything into production-ready shop drawings with module-level dimensions, and returns them for your sign-off before anything is cut.
Every module is engineered to standard sizes and materials are reserved.
Modules are resolved in 50mm increments against our standardised system: BWP plywood (IS 710) for kitchen bases, moisture-resistant high-density board for wardrobe carcasses, HDHMR for shutters, and BOILO boiling-water-proof HDF for vanities. Wardrobes draw from a library of 46 dimensioned module layouts, 27 swing and 19 sliding. Your PU shade is locked against a physical sample chip you approve.
Biesse Rover Gold CNC and Selco beam saw cut every panel to ±1mm.
The Rover Gold CNC delivers precise cutting, routing, and drilling with high accuracy and consistency: intricate profiles and perfectly calibrated components with minimal material wastage. The Selco beam saw handles calibrated panel sizing, and the Jade edge bander seals every edge with strong adhesion and a clean, polished look.
Sprayed in a dust-free booth. Oven dried. UV stabilised.
Board preparation, primer coat, sanding, PU base coat, colour coat, and a protective clear coat: six layers, each oven-dried and inspected. The controlled spray booth guarantees a dust-free, uniform surface with 0.8–1.2mm coating thickness, enhanced scratch resistance, and anti-yellowing protection.
Every module passes 21 checks before it is allowed to leave.
Shade consistency checks under calibrated light, edge finishing inspection, hardware torque testing, alignment tolerance of ±1mm, door sag tests, and scratch test samples. The module that fails any check goes back, not out.
Flat-protected transport and a clean, fast site installation.
Modules arrive fully finished and individually protected. Because everything was machined and finished in the factory, installation is assembly, not carpentry. No spraying at your site, no dust, no smell, no surprises. We hand over with the warranty card: 10 years structure, 5 years Häfele hardware, 3 years PU finish.
The PU System
